We are still experiencing a busy market with lots of activity. Your Toronto Real Estate is working with a number of buyers in the $600 - $800K range and we are seeing lots of homes selling for $100K over asking in this range! WOW! Crazy!

The good news is that the Toronto Real Estate Board is predicting that 2012 will be a much more balanced market.
